Use adhesive tape to stick foam sheets to create basic shapes on the head of the manikin
Release Time:

The foam model head will be the starting point of your mask. Cut the foam into the desired shape and length, and stick them firmly to the head of the foam manikin to highlight features. Each piece of foam plastic can use about 2 strips of adhesive tape. It is not important that the foam or tape looks messy or untidy. You won't see this in the finished product, because the important thing is the overall shape. The clay you will use next can hide any tiny flaws. Try adding some foam around the ear to make a bigger ear, adding some foam above the nose to make a bigger nose, or extending from the top of the manikin to make an angle. Making o with foam has only the larger characteristics of the head of the foam model. Smaller features can be added later using clay. Pipe tape is ideal because it is strong enough to hold foam in place.
