Put a layer of polyurethane foaming agent on the newspaper. The next day, check whether the two ends of this layer of foam are warped. If it is warped, the foam will shrink. The higher the warping, the more severe the shrinkage; If both ends are not tilted, foam is good; 3. Cut the foam and look at the bubbles. If the bubbles are even and dense, it is a good foam. If the bubbles are large and the density is not good, it is a defective product; 4. Look at the foam surface of polyurethane foaming agent, the good foam surface is ditch shaped, smooth but not very bright; The poor foam surface is flat with wrinkles; 5. Look at the size of polyurethane foaming agent, good foam is full and round; Poor foam foams little and collapses; 6. Press the foam with your hand. If the foam is elastic, it is a good foam; Poor foam has no elasticity; 7. According to the adhesive property of polyurethane foaming agent, good foam has strong adhesive force, while poor one has poor adhesive force.
